Laatutyö

Läntinen Syöpäkeskus varmistaa alueen korkeatasoisen syövän hoidon, tutkimuksen ja opetuksen. Keskus toimii tiiviissä yhteistyössä Tyks Syöpäkeskuksen kanssa ja vastaa sen kansainvälisen laatuakkreditoinnin koordinoinnista. 

OECI (Organization of European Cancer Institutes)  

Tyksille myönnettiin 2019 eurooppalainen OECI Cancer Center –status, joka  vahvistaa Tyks Syöpäkeskuksen asemaa merkittävänä syövän hoidon  osaajana. Tyks on ollut OECIn jäsen vuodesta 2016. 

ERN (European Rare Cancer Network) EURACAN  

Tyksillä on ollut auditoitu  ERN /Euracan jäsenyys 2016 alkaen. Auditointi uusittiin 2020.
